​ My Philosophy

I have spent my entire working life in a caring role, witnessing firsthand how chronic illness affects individuals. This experience has shaped the core values of my business. My goal is to ensure that everyone I work with receives individualised care and attention in a safe, nonjudgmental space.

I am honest, approachable, and easy to talk to, regardless of the reason you come to see me. All information shared with me will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Throughout my life, I have faced various forms of illness, including anxiety and depression. I have also navigated significant life stages such as childbirth, parenting, and menopause. Everyone's experiences with these challenges are unique. Whether you view your experiences as minor or severe, they are yours and they matter just as much as anyone else’s.

Unfortunately, some therapists can make clients feel uncomfortable about their lifestyle choices or medical decisions. I firmly believe that everyone does what they feel is best for them given their circumstances. My role is not to judge but to support and guide you on your journey, respecting your choices during and beyond your time as my client.

I only practice therapies that I have personally experienced and believe in. This firsthand knowledge ensures that I can provide genuine and effective support.

When it comes to cleaning people's properties, I also approach this work without judgment. Life can be overwhelming, and it’s okay to need help maintaining a clean and organised space.

Every client is treated as an individual, with a bespoke package tailored to their needs. I treat everyone’s possessions with the respect they deserve, recognising their value to the individual. My attention to detail and commitment to order ensure that I provide a thorough and high-quality service.
